Vice President Mike Pence spoke at the 2018 CPAC gathering on Friday. Pence touted the administration’s accomplishments, notably the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, and called Mr. Trump “the most pro-life president in American history.”

The Conservative Political Action Conference, which was first held in 1974, is an event attended by conservative activists and elected officials who tend to identify with the Republican Party. It is hosted by the American Conservative Union (ACU). Ronald Reagan gave the conference’s inaugural keynote speech in 1974.
