One of the month’s biggest deal days is Feb. 6 with National Frozen Yogurt Day, followed by a two-fer Feb. 9 with National Pizza Day and National Bagel Day.
Pancake fans waiting for IHOP’s Free Pancake Day, which in recent years was held in late February, will have to wait a little longer. The annual pancake giveaway is set for March 12, the company announced.
Here are the deals, big days and ongoing specials, available at participating locations. To be on the safe side, always check with your closest location before heading out. Also, some will require you to have a restaurant’s app or be signed up for emails.

7-Eleven: Through Feb. 12, get a small cup of Chips Ahoy Hot Chocolate or any other hot beverage for $1 at participating stores. According to the convenience store chain, the limited-edition flavor is “a combination of fresh-baked cookies and warm hot chocolate.”
BurgerFi: The chain is celebrating its 8-year anniversary through Friday, Feb. 8 with a deal each day for rewards members with the BurgerFi mobile app. On Wednesday, get a free Freestyle beverage with purchase. Thursday brings $2.50 shakes and get a free order of regular hand-cut fries with any purchase Friday. Learn more at www.burgerfi.com/rewardsweek.
Dunkin’: For a limited time, get a 10-count box of Dunkin’s Munchkins doughnut holes for $2 at participating locations nationwide.
Godiva: Through Saturday, Feb. 16, get a free piece of Godiva’s Dark Chocolate Strawberry G-Cube in stores while supplies last.
IHOP: For a limited time at participating locations, get all-you-can-eat pancakes with any breakfast combo or get just the pancakes for $4.99. Dine-in and buttermilk pancakes only. Some exclusions apply and this offer isn’t valid with senior and kids meals.
Jack in the Box: For a limited time, get $1 medium seasoned curly fries with the restaurant’s mobile app. On the menu section of the app, select “app exclusives” and add fries to your cart.
P.F. Chang’s: The chain’s Year of the Pig celebration started Tuesday, Feb. 5 and each day through March 25, they will feature three Year of the Pig hand-crafted cocktails. One of the limited-time drinks is served in a bacon and sugar-rimmed glass. Dine-in and get a limited-edition Fortune-Telling Pig that “once placed in the palm of the hand, reveals your hidden secrets,” according to a news release. Red Lobster: Lobsterfest is back for a limited time and the seafood chain has its largest selection of lobster dishes available all year.
Subway: Through Wednesday, Feb. 6 or while supplies last, get $3 off any $3 order with a purchase through the Subway app when you pay with PayPal. According to the fine print, it’s “limited to the first 50,000 to save the offer.”
Feb. 4-11: BJ’s Restaurants’ deal
This week-long deal starts the day after the Super Bowl, a day commonly known as Super Sick Monday.
BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is teaming up with DoorDash and giving away Chocolate Chunk Pizookie desserts and free delivery on food orders $19.95 or more. For the free dessert, use promo code PIZOOKIE on orders placed on the chain’s website or mobile app. A code isn’t needed for free delivery and exclusions apply.

Feb. 6: National Frozen Yogurt Day
Wednesday, Feb. 6 is a day to swirl the savings and get free fro-yo.
16 Handles: New and existing rewards members get up to three free ounces of frozen yogurt and toppings Wednesday. If you’re not a rewards member, you still can get the freebie by signing up on the spot and downloading the 16 Handles mobile app, according to a news release. Any amount over three ounces will need to be paid for and limit one per transaction.
Menchie’s: Buy one frozen yogurt, get one free Wednesday. No coupons needed.
Feb. 6: Krispy Kreme freebie
Just in time for Valentine’s Day all of them can “BE MINE.”
Feb. 9: National Pizza Day and National Bagel Day

Applebee’s: The February drink of the month is the Dollar Hurricane, which is available through Mardi Gras on March 5. The drink served in a 10-ounce mug is a mix of rum, passion fruit, orange, black cherry and lime and costs $1 at participating locations.
Cicis: The pizza buffet chain has joined forces with Nickelodeon’s Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to create “Rise of the Turtles Tuesdays.” Each Tuesday through March 12 from 4 p.m. to close, kids 10 and under get a kid’s buffet for 99 cents with the purchase of one adult buffet and large drink. Chili’s: The “Grand Romance” is the $5 Margarita of the Month for February. It features Lunazul Tequila and Grand Marnier.
Dunkin’: Through March 3, get a medium-sized latte or cappuccino, hot or iced, for $2 from 2 to 6 p.m. at participating locations.
McDonald’s: With an offer on the fast-food chain’s app, buy one sandwich and get a second for 25 cents. Some sandwiches are excluded including the new bacon items. According to the offer details, this deal will be valid once per week through March 31.
Olive Garden: The fast-casual Italian restaurant announced its first-ever Never Ending Stuffed Pastas. For a limited time, get unlimited refills while dining in on four stuffed pastas including Stuffed Ziti Fritta and Cheese Ravioli with a choice of four sauces and five toppings. Prices start at $12.99.
